Press the ALARM 1/2 ON/OFF button to activate the alarm; the selected alarm

indicator(s) will light. Make sure the volume is set as desired and, if set to Radio,

make sure to tune a station. If set to CD, insert a CD before setting the alarm

time. When the actual time matches the selected preset alarm time(s), the unit

automatically turns on for 59 minutes and then shuts off. If set to CD, and the total

disc time is less than 59 minutes, the unit will only play the tracks on the CD, then

stop. If you select a starting track for the alarm, the unit will only playback the

selected track and the tracks following it, then stop.
